Project #3 Paragraph

My piece did not get critiqued during class. However, I have a very solid idea of what I want to do and how I want to do it. My project will be both a metaphor for the chemical process of water treatment and the massive consumption and waste of food present in America. I think the video time lapse of the bread molding and wasting away will be particularly effective in driving my point home.
